JATF has started Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Centre at Delhi from 15th August 2020

• Platform to resolve cases without going to courts
• Would work as per the provisions of The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
• To begin with Mediation, the Centre will deal with Family and Matrimonial matters and later on will move to matters related to commercial & business disputes.
• Trained Mediators and Former Judges would work with JATF ADR Centre.
