Mr. S.L. Kawar is a group chairman of Vijaylaxmi Group involved in the business of construction, textiles, exports, granite and education field. V-Tex Overseas Pvt Ltd., one of the group companies is an ISO 9001:2000 is among largest manufacturer, processor and exporter of dyed, printed and embroidered fabrics in India.

Blessed by Goddess of learning and wisdom – “Sarswati” and a grass root social worker of Jain Community, Mr. Shantilal M Kawar has contributed most of his time and energy in philanthropic and social activities. He is on the boards of more than 25 renowned social organizations. Few of them are:
