Mr. Rajendra Jain, with his immense dedication and enthusiasm towards his work has always believed in giving his best. He established his own empire in the Real Estate world 25 Years ago, and today he has built an empire of his own. Runal Developers today stands as a synonym for quality homes with zero consumer complaints. His aim of bringing smiles to faces of homebuyers has come to life with his insightful and honest approach towards what he builds.

Mr. Rajendra Jain belongs to a Jain family, with his father as a growing businessman in the early 60s and a mother who is a dedicated housewife till date. In his early age, he always accompanied his father to his work. Strong observations and keenness to know more are probably the factors that have led to the foundation of the gracious Runal Developers. His belief in what he loves and loving what he does is probably the mantra that keeps him going. Right from beginning a project of single building with 6 apartments, to a project scheme with 800 apartments & commercials today, he has always worked consistently to follow his dreams. And, his passion and love for work is sure to support him making many more bigger projects in future. Each hurdle, every challenge he faced, he believes, has taken him to another level of perfection. He, being an inspiration for youth, has also been designated as ‘Icon of PCMC’ by Lokmat. The project like Runal Royal Casa, has been award as the Best Affordable Segment by Times of India. His love for Sports, especially Badminton from past 20 Years, has kept him strong enough to run many another miles of achieve his multiplying goals.

Mr. Rajendra Jain, as an FCP member, Pune, was encouraged by Mr. Rajeshji Sakla, who is hismentor and an inspiration for all his social activities, to initiate a new Chapter in Chinchwad Pimri, graces  as the Founder Chairman of Chinchwad Pimpri Chapter of JITO and working consistently towards the growth and inter connectivity of Jain community. Even Ladies and Youth wings have also been opened under his Chairmanship. He has also maintained strong connect with other Chapters of JITO all over India. Mr. Rajendra Jain has accomplished every responsibility designated to him with flying colors. He is also designated as the Trustee of JATF.

Married to Neeta Jain in 1991, she has always stood by her name and responsibilities of supporting him at every point of his life. The couple with their two adorable daughters, Runal & Nikita, and a real all-rounder son, Ronak, have nourished a beautiful life together. His children he believes are his assets and his family is his strength. A family with enriched values, Mr. Rajendra Jain always ensures that the land breaking ceremony isdone at the hands of his parents for all his projects. And, this is something that everyone shall learn from him. He makes a great spirit of kindness who believes in spreading happiness.
