At 22, Praveen’s sharp focus and relentless passion to make a difference to his country, made him a
pioneer in the quality control and quality assurance arena in 1984. He is a man of rock, risen from the
rocks – testimony to the fact that a first generation can create wonders with their persistence. He
started his business 34 years ago, he has become an expert, consultant and leader for quality assurance
in the industries of Paint, Powder coating, Printing ink, Oil/Petroleum, Pipeline coating, Steel,
Corrosion, Packaging, Polymer, Adhesive, Resins etc. All constituents of the industry today look to
him for Quality, Accuracy, Trust and Reliability – his name is synonymous with these words today.
Alongside, he also invests extensively in Real estate, construction and infrastructure projects.

He is responsible for setting up R&D and quality control testing laboratories for sectors such as
Defence, Railways, Navy as well as corporates such as Mercedes, BMW, Renault, Reliance, Tata,
JSW Steel, L&T, Asian Paints, Akzonobel, ExxonMobil, 3M, Volkswagen, Hero, Honda, TVS, Toyota,
Bajaj to mention a few. It helps their Asia, Middle east, Africa [AMEA] counterparts compete
internationally, owing to the cutting edge technology and increased efficiency therefore. Working
tirelessly with his international manufacturing partners, Praveen ensures customised equipments to
each of his customers. He has brought international quality standards to AMEA by inviting and
inspiring corporate leaders across industries to strictly adhere to DIN EN ISO, ASTM, JIS standards.

Born in Sardar Shahar [Rajasthan], Praveen is a gold medalist in BSc [Mathematics] and has pursued
the Owners Managers Master’s Degree from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai.
