Mr. Pawan Jain, is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India . With a view to take his pledge to education ahead, he has completed prestigious course OPM (Owner President/Management program) the program for entrepreneurs at the Harvard Business School in 2014.
He laid the foundation of Ashika group with an aim to provide a vast range of financial services to clients from all sections of society. Being the Chairman of ASHIKA Group of Companies, Mr. Pawan Jain leverages his expertise to provide holistic financial services that include NBFC business, Merchant Banking (Category 1), Depository, Broking of Equities, Commodities, Derivatives, Currency, to a whopping 92000 clients all over India. ASHIKA Group is also among the few in their industry to boast of zero debt on their books with an un-mortgaged asset exposure. This pioneering effort has won ASHIKA Group peer trust and respect. The group has memberships with several Chambers of Commerce.

His over 21 years of long stewardship has helped Ashika flourish and develop into an integrated financial service company.
