Mr. Lalit Kumar Dangi is a Gold Medalist Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant & Company Secretary. He is the Chairman of Libord Group,a financial services conglomerate providing wide array of services in the field of Non-Banking Finance Company, Merchant Banking, Stock Broking,Insolvency Resolution, Revival of SickCompanies, Alternative Investment Fund, Financial & Management Consultancy.

Two of the Libord Groupcompanies are listed on the stockexchange for over 25 years.They are Libord Finance Limited,registered as NBFC with the RBI & Libord Securities Limited having a large clientele and a niche in the field of financial services and infotech industry.

Lalit Kumar Dangi had been a Council Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for two consecutive terms from 1988 - 1994 & represented. Many Committees for Professional Development during this tenure. He has delivered various Lectures at Seminars and Conferences conducted by Branches &; Regional Councils of ICAI, ICSI,Indian Merchants'Chamber, IDBI Training Institute, Rotary Club, Lions Club, various Professional Forums and State Chambers on topics like Capital Markets, Fund Raising,Merger & Acquisition, Cross Border Taxation, Company Law, FEMA, Revival of Sick Companies, Professional Ethics, Indian Economy, Union Budget etc.

He has contributed numerous articles I interviews in Business Magazines and News Papers such as Business India, Corporate India, The Economic Times, Punjab Kesari,Navbharat Times, Hamara Mahanagar etc.,

He was the first Editor & Chairman of Voice of JITO and articulated its complete shape into the new format which is still continuing.

He is actively associated with many Religious, Charitable Institutions, Education Institutions, Trade and Professional Organisations, Indian Merchants Chambers. He was the Founder President of RVG Alumni Association, Andheri. He is Managing Trustee of Libord Foundation which is engaged in promoting Charitable activities in the field of education, healthcare, hostels and hygiene/sanitation facilities particularly to girl students. He is Member of Committee in the Finance Ministry & Agriculture Ministry,

His wife is also Chartered Accountant, MBA & Ph.D. (Mgt.) and is an Economics Honors graduate. She is Managing Director of Libord Finance Limited and Ex-faculty at Prestigious management institutes including Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, University of Mumbai. She has authored seven books in the field of Indian Economy, Debt Markets, Macro Economy and Capital Markets, Globalisation and Corporate Governance. She is a columnist in a leading news paper published in Mumbai and has contributed over 460 articles on its business page

They are blessed with two daughters & one son. They have all completed their Masters in Engineering in the USA and ore working there in the field of Networking, Electrical Engineering and Software Development in leading Corporates.
