Khabiya Group was established in year 1991. The First business venture of the group was “Jain Medical Centre” offering total diagnostic services. It further moved ahead with business of Packaging, Print Media, Overseas Manpower Recruitment, Land Development, Construction & most recently, Renewable Energy etc.Today Khabiya Group is well known in the Commercial Capital Mumbai and we are proud to be one of the Biggest Land Bank owner in Maharashtra. We have constructed 20,000 houses in Maharashtra under Various Government Schemes, having best facilities and with the finest standard of construction.

KHABIYA GROUP has a vast experience in land acquisition & dealing. We have seen how the value of the land is appreciating many fold, be it Agricultural land or Barren land. With the advent of technology, projects such as solar energy and wind mills are coming up. Combine with this, the infrastructure development projects such as DMIC! These factors have contributed to the cost of even barren land spiraling upwards.

Land acquisition is a cumbersome process. Not every one is acquainted with it. This is where KHABIYA GROUP plays a major role!
