Goutam Jain (Mutha), a self-made Entrepreneur with an adventurous business journey, is the Promoter of Sanson Group! Coming from a strong social background & joint-family culture, he has led & been part of various organisations & contributed to society and industry networks at large.

Goutam Jain is an active Innovator & Marketer, engaged in the business of Turnkey execution of consumer promotions for India’s largest FMCG Brands. Clients range from Unilever, Nestle, GSK, Pefetti Mondelez etc in India and global markets to name a few. The company handles licensed merchandise for top licensors like Mattel, Marvel, Disney, Pokemon, IPL, Cricket Attax, and many more. With over over 7 Billion units in the last 15 years, it’s amongst the top 3 consumer promotion companies in the Country.

With a zeal to perform in every field & leading a positive life, he has always looked at the brighter side of life & capitalised every opportunity. During the lockdown period, his company ventured into Healthcare Business and is today, the largest manufacturer of COVID Glasses & Face Shields in the country besides all kind of surgical and N95 masks. Installed capacities range from Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Print presses and Modular Value addition and packing solutions across 4 plants in Delhi NCR region.

 

He did his graduation from India’s top ranked College- Shri Ram College of Commerce. Soon after his degree, he had tried his hands on various
commercial activities before discovering what his love & passion to continuous innovation. This led him to enhance his continuous learning process and innovating engaging premiums specially for Kids, resulting into formation of the company in the year 2000. His innovative approach to step into the customers foot steps and add fresh perspective to the approach - made him a strategy partner to a few top food companies and hence, created bench-mark products and designing execution of such brand building strategies.

At the level of Global Organisations, Goutam is part of Entrepreneur Organisation (EO). EO is world’s largest organisation of Industrial Groups, Business Heads and First generation entrepreneurs who have brought change or revolutionised their businesses/ business categories across various domains. The diversity at EO is Unique and extremely enriched.

Goutam Jain is the younger son to Shri Deep Chand Mutha and Smt Sita Devi, a strong socially active family. He is married to Sangeeta Jain, from Jodhpur and is a Father of 3 children, 2 Sons and a Daughter.He loves traveling, is a foodie and enjoys trying his hands at cooking. One can always see a spark in his eyes while interacting with him. His full-of-life personality comes across as a strong feature, leaving the other person always mesmerised.

 

Hailing from a culture of serving society and being engaged socially- Goutam has engaged himself into various community and religious activities. At an early age, he took upon himself to build a Monumental Jain temple with intricate architecture in Delhi, ran a small school for educating kids on ethics & value chain every Sunday and a couple of Vyavach Kendra across country to serve our Jain Saints- to name a few.

He has also conceptualised and stupendously executed many large social and religious events of extremely large scale in Northern region. He has a great ability and an inherent strength to scale any project. He is an active part of :-

A moment of pride for JITO and for Goutam ji too, who at an early age got an opportunity to launch and lead a new Chapter in JITO, namely JITO North Delhi. Under his leadership, he has meticulously executed innumerable innovative initiatives, thus taking the visibility of JITO to a new high by enabling zonal membership from 245 to 1000 in 2 years. In August 2018, he also got a parallel opportunity to be the National Chair for JBN (JITO Business Network). The sheer handling of the member diversity at JITO + his zeal to fulfil his vision if making JBN a way of business life- resulted in new heights and has helped economically various small, mid size and large business groups. This change at the ground level has made him a household name and a mentor for various members who look at him for a rich experience of collective team work, effective execution strategies, meeting minds, bringing renovated dimensions to the subject matters and so on.
